Hypnotic Audios - Relax At Home

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Focusing on a problem to the extent that we forget how not to have the problem is the ultimate form of negative self-hypnosis (and we've all experienced that one). So learning how to work with your own mind is the ultimate form of self-healing. 

This is why I'm excited to be developing hypnotic audios for you to use at home. The audios will be for sale on this website in the near future, but for now, here's a freebie. I've written and recorded this for you to learn how to get some perspective on a problem by drifting away and relaxing about it. I really hope you enjoy it!
